Annex Markets Sunday 11AM to 4PM 5418 W. Devon, Chicago, IL 773-800-0158 Market HOURS: 11AM to 4PM LOCATION: 5418 W. Devon LOAD IN: starts at 10AM. NO EARLY Load-in Artisans must be set up by 11:00 am. At 10:30 AM, unoccupied spaces will be redistributed and late artisans will not be permitted to set up. Booth fees will be forfeit. LOAD OUT: 4PM till 5PM (sharp!). SET-UP
Sales All sales made are the responsibility of the artisan. Artisans must come prepared with enough change to cover their sales. There is a bank and ATM at the corner. You keep 100% of the profits. If you need our help to complete a sale (through our storefront at 5422 W. Devon) through our register, that sale would be subject to consignment fees. Artisans are not permitted to take any merchandise or displays from Local Goods Chicago unless arrangements have been made with us. Sales TAX Chicago Sales tax is 10.25%. Collection is the responsibility of the artist making the sale. PARKING There is free parking in the neighborhood side streets. You could also park in the Metra parking lot ½ block west of the event. Metered parking is free on Sundays, but please leave the parking in front of the store available for customers. There is also a parking lot behind the store accessible via the train parking lot just west of the store (turn into the alley right before the spa) WIFI No WI-FI Food There are several restaurants in the area. Starbucks is at the corner of Devon and Central. June 24th North Branch Trail Inaugural Bike RideThis event is open to cyclists of all skill and experience levels. Participants will have the option to ride with the group for the duration of the ride or choose their own adventures as they enjoy local businesses.
Riders will take the new North Branch extension to Bunker Hill and Caldwell Woods and finish in Niles. This route includes stops at businesses and cultural sites along the way. Business sponsors will have special promotions for participants who share their experiences through social media.
